Credentialed by OCAM, he has led ACG Consultores since its founding, having overseen mandates at leading national and international institutions, including projects funded by Episcopal Relief & Development, AfDB, OXFAM and Universidade Lúrio.
His approach is distinguished by combining technical rigour under international standards (ISA, IFRS) with a deep understanding of the Mozambican context, ensuring solutions that work in practice.
