How do I know which plan fits my company?
By the size of the company. If you're unsure, tell us your turnover and number of employees and we'll point you to the right plan — with no obligation.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time, at the start of a month. Data in the system is kept; only modules and users are activated or deactivated.
Is the system licence owned by ACG?
No. aiKareCloud is developed and licensed by aiKare, Lda. ACG is an authorised partner and handles implementation, training and local support.
What if I already have a system?
We work with the system your company already uses. In that case there is no licence to contract and the plan is adjusted accordingly.
Is audit included?
No. Audit, consulting and training are quoted per engagement, with scope and timeline defined case by case.
What happens if I leave?
The data is yours. We hand over the accounting information in an open format and, where applicable, access to the system continues under a direct contract with aiKare.
